Fabian C. Nnadozie, MNSE (Chairman)
A 1974 Mechanical Engineering graduate of University of Lagos. He is also a 1982 graduate of Harvard Business School Executive Programme. He has attended several Engineering programmes both local and abroad including the Raychem Corporation in Menlo Park, California. He later became the Director of Engineering & Marketing for Raychem Nigeria Limited between 1978 and 1981 and Country Manager for the same company between 1982 and 1989. He alongside other management staff bought over Raychem in 1989 to eventually rename it Interlinked Technologies Limited. He was the Chairman/CEO of the Company from 1990 till early 2008.
Mr. Nnadozie was responsible for several pioneering engineering feats for the Company especially the development and manufacture of local electrical insulator in Nigeria, which met the British standards.
He was a pioneer director for both Adswitch Plc and Cutix Nigeria Plc. He was the secretary of the Indigenous Quoted Group of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is chairman of other companies.
Mr. Nnadozie is a past President of Harvard Business Association of Nigeria and currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association.
Chika Ikenga (Director)
Mr. Ikenga is the founder and Group Managing Director of the Eunisell group of businesses and is responsible for leadership and strategic direction of companies under the Eunisell brand. He has systematically built up Eunisell over the past twenty years into one of the leading companies in the chemicals sector in Africa.
Prior to founding and leading Eunisell, Mr. Ikenga worked with Ibachem, an affiliate of Dow Chemicals. He founded Eunisell in 1996 with the intent of bringing world class chemicals solutions to companies operating in Africa.
Mr. Ikenga is also the founder of RecareLimited, the owner of Natures Gentle Touch® hair care brand. In 2004 he acquired Hair savvy Cosmetics, a South African cosmetics company and successfully merged the company to form RecareCosmetics South Africa.
Mr. Ikenga holds a B.SC in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka
Surajudeen Balarabe Yakubu, FBR (Director)
Mr. Yakubu has over 28 years of professional experience both as a lawyer and investment banker. He has also served as an advisor, general counsel and consultant to government agencies, private businesses, government parastatals and technical committees. Most recently, he served as a consultant and adviser on the Legal and Regulatory Reform of State Owned Enterprises under the Technical Committee on Commercialisation & Privatisation (TCPC) and its successor, National Council on Privatisation(NCP/BPE). Mr. Yakubu was also the Secretary/CEO of Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission from 2001 to 2003.
Surajis a law graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981. He also holds post graduate qualifications in Development Law from the International Development Law Institute, Rome; and Credit Risk Management and International Financial Law from the Queen Mary College, Oxford University, England.
Engr. Kayode Awobodu (Director)
Engr. Awobodu graduated as an Electrical Engineering in 1976 from The Polytechnic Ibadan and attended various professional courses between 1980 and 2007 with organizations like Raychem USA, Nigerian Institute of Management, Lagos, Lagos Business School, GM Plast A/S Hedensted Denmark (fiber optics) etc.
He was the sales/Maintenance Engineer for Facom Associates Limited between 1977and 1978, moving to YVB Nigeria Limited in 1978. He joined Raychem Nigeria as Sales Engineer in 1979. Here he was instrumental to the penetration of Raychem’s product into the Nigeria market and later became Area Manager for the same company between 1982 and 1989. He was part of the pioneering team for the heat shrink installation system here in Nigeria.
